Refund policy

SweetPea & Sage Collective (S&SC) has a no-return policy but does offer store credit under certain circumstances.

When making a purchase please be aware of size charts, measurements, and other available references.  If you are unsure, please reach out for help at sweetpeacollective2018@gmail.com  before making your purchase.  

Items sent back to SP&S without requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted and will result in the forfeiture of your purchase.  No item or money will be returned.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact SP&S immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that SP&S can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). SP&S also does not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, SP&S cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

SP&S has a 5-day exchange policy on non-personalized or perishable items.  This does not apply to Pre~Orders, Sale Items, or Gift Cards.  

 Refunds (Exception to the Rule)

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, you can contact SP&S at sweetpeacollective2018@gmail.com.

If SP&S agrees to process a refund at our discretion, you will be provided the process for returning the purchase.  Once SP&S has received and inspected your return, you will be notified if a refund is approved.  If approved, you will be refunded with SweetPea & Sage Collective Cash Credits within 24-28 hours of your return.
